Terms and Conditions to win 100% cashback and to avail 1 Million Etihad Guest Miles:
- All ADIB Covered Card Terms & Conditions apply and each transaction must be in compliance with such terms and conditions to be eligible for this offer.
- A valid ADIB Covered Card is required to be used for daily retail spend transactions.
- Covered Card should be active and not delinquent/blocked at the time of awarding the offer rewards.
- One winner will be announced through a daily raffle draw who will receive 100% cashback capped at AED 10,000 for that particular day spends.
- Raffle draw will be conducted on daily basis starting from 3rd day of Ramadan for the qualified transactions executed on the 1st day of Ramadan. 100% cashback will be credited to the customer’s card account on the following day from the day of announcement of the winner.
- All Retail spends done in the 30 days of Ramadan promotion will be considered for the Mega offer.
- Three top spenders for the Mega Offer will be selected as winners based on their monthly net retail spending during the period of Ramadan and will be entitled to win 1 Million Etihad Guest miles each; (i.e. if there are 3 customers with equal highest spend, all of them will be winners and if there are 2 with equal highest spend, those 2 will be the first 2 winners ...etc.)
- Winners of the Mega Offer will be announced by 25 July 2018.
- Billed transactions on the card statement will be considered for daily raffle draw as well as for Mega Offer.
- 1 Million Etihad Guest miles will be posted into customer’s Etihad Guest Member account by 30 September 2018.
- The validity of the 1 million Etihad Guest miles is the same as the validity of the normal Etihad Guest miles.
- Customers who do not have an Etihad Guest Member account will need to register and create an Etihad Guest Member account with Etihad for transfer of 1 million Etihad Guest Miles rewarded as a winner of Mega Offer.
- ADIB staff is not eligible for this promotion.
- Cash Transactions, Balance Transfer and Cash on Call are not included in this offer.
- Transactions on the ADIB Covered Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the Offer period will be deducted from the qualifying spend.
- ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Covered Card for any reason whatsoever.
- By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by the Fatwa and Shari’a Supervisory Board of ADIB including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
