Dear Value Vendor,

As you are aware, HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi recently issued the Federal Decree Law No. (8) Of 2017 on Value Added Tax

As such ADIB require all impacted vendors to comply by firstly completing all necessary registration activities with Ministry of Finance; then to submit your VAT registration number to ADIB Vendor Management Department

Document submission needs to be Certificate of Registration for VAT in UAE signed by the relevant authorized signatory.

To enable the submission process, vendors can submit either via
     • E-mail: Vendor.VAT@adib.com
     • By Hand / Post address to VMCP Department at the ADIB headquarters building      

Please note that failure to submit valid VAT documentation / VAT identification number prior to 31st December 2017, will impact vendor payments in 2018.

Additionally for invoice submission we will require all vendors to review the invoice submission guidelines.
