Terms and con​​ditions

• Offer is valid for a limited period only and may be revoked at the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.
• Platinum Card customer will get the regular Signup Etihad Guest miles subject to spend of first retail transaction while the additional signup Etihad Guest miles will be credited in the following month of receiving regular signup miles subject to first retail transaction within 30 days of Card issuance date.
• Platinum Card customer must activate and spend a minimum of AED 60,000 (net retail spend) within 90 days from Platinum Card issuance date to get 75,000 promotional Etihad Guest miles. If total net retail spend on the Platinum Card is AED 100,000 within 180 days from Platinum Card issuance date, customer will get additional 20,000 Etihad Guest Tier miles (Cash Transactions, Balance Transfer, Easy Instalment Plan and Cash on Call are not included in this offer).
• Customers who apply for first Supplementary Platinum Card or Supplementary ADIB Etihad Guest Gold Card when applying to Platinum Card or ADIB Etihad Guest Gold Card during the campaign period will get 5,000 Bonus Etihad Guest miles to be credited in the month following the month of crediting the signup Etihad Guest miles. 5,000 bonus miles are restricted to only one supplementary card issuance. For avoidance of doubt, separate supplementary card request submitted Individually by the customer post primary ADIB Etihad Guest card application disbursal will not be eligible for 5,000 bonus miles.
• This offer is applicable for all new successfully approved Platinum Cards applications submitted to ADIB between 21st November and 31st January 2022 and issued by 15th February 2022 only.
• Any ADIB Etihad Guest Cardholder who is reapplying for the Platinum Card will not qualify for Etihad Guest regular, additional signup miles and Tier miles. For the avoidance of any doubt, each Cardholder will be eligible for sign-up Etihad Guest Miles on one-time basis only. If a Cardholder cancels his/her Platinum Card and successfully re-applies for any ADIB Etihad Guest Card, he/she will not be eligible for this offer including the regular signup Etihad Guest miles.
• Customers who do not spend the first retail transaction within the time frame specified above (30 days from Card issuance date), will not qualify to receive additional signup miles. Such customers will only be qualified for the regular sign-up Etihad Guest miles (50,000 or 15,000 (self-funded card) miles for Platinum Card).
• Self-funded Platinum Card holders are eligible to get 22,500 Etihad Guest Miles subject to spend of AED 60,000 (net retail spend) within 90 days from Platinum Card issuance date. If total net retail spend on the Platinum Card is AED 100,000 within 180 days from Card issuance date, customer will get 20,000 Etihad Guest Tier miles (Cash Transactions, Balance Transfer, Easy Instalment Plan and Cash on Call are not included in this offer).
• Customers who do not meet the minimum spend criteria within the time frame specified above (90 or 180 days from Card issuance date), will not qualify to receive Etihad promotional miles and Tier miles. Such customers will only qualify for the regular and additional sign-up Etihad Guest miles (100,000 or 30,000 (self-funded card) miles for Platinum Card).
• The promotional Etihad Guest bonus miles will be credited to eligible active Cardholders on May 2022 Card statement subject to meeting the required minimum spends.
• Etihad Guest Tier miles will be credited to eligible active Cardholders on August 2022 Card statement subject to meeting the required minimum spends.
• All eligible active Cardholders need to have an active Etihad Guest membership before issuance of May 2022 Card statement for the promotional and Etihad Guest Tier miles to be credited to their respective accounts.
• Migrated/Upgraded existing ADIB Etihad Guest Card to Platinum Card will not be part of the ADIB Etihad Guest miles promotional offer. But if such customer cancels his/her card except ADIB Etihad Guest Covered Cards and apply for new Platinum Card, he/she will be eligible for this promotion.
• Customers may get both the promotional Etihad Guest miles and the Etihad Guest Tier miles if the spend and period criteria specified above are satisfied. For example, if the customer applies for a Platinum Card and spends AED 60,000 within 90 days from Card issuance date, the same amount will be counted towards the minimum spend for the Etihad Guest Tier miles.
• Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 12 months from the promotion end date.
• Campaign Etihad Guest promotional miles will be paid from ADIB shareholders’ funds at the sole discretion of ADIB.
• Etihad Guest Tier miles will be paid by Etihad Guest team.​
