Guidelines to download and submit the Smart QR-coded Funds Transfer forms

• Latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view & download the forms. To download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system, please visit Adobe.com for more information.
• When asked to SAVE or OPEN the form, please choose to SAVE it on your system.
• Once downloaded, the forms may be accessed from the folder where it has been saved.
• Update the relevant fields in the form and sign in full on all pages of the form being used, wherever denoted.
• Submit the updated form along with supporting documents to the nearest ADIB UAE branch for onward processing.
