​ Salaried:

  1. Valid Passport & Emirates ID copy
  2. Valid residence visa copy (Expats residents Only)
  3. ​Khulasat Al Qaid (Family book for UAE Nationals only)
  4. Salary Certificate
  5. 3-month bank statement
  6. Liability Letter (if applicable)
  7. Property ownership documents

Self- Employed (individuals):

  1. Company ownership documents
  2. 3 month bank statement
  3. ​Liability Letter (if applicable)
  4. Property ownership documents

Salaried:

  1. Monthly salary AED 15,000
  2. Min age 21 years at the time of application and max age 65 years at the time of finance maturity
  3. Properties located in all emirates

Self- Employed

  1. Annual turnover of AED 3,000,000
  2. Min age 30 years at the time of application and max age 70 years at the time of finance maturity
  3. Properties located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai only​
