Report Fraud

Reporting fraud promptly helps you to protect yourself and minimize the losses.

If you suspect any fraudulent activity, you should act immediately to protect your account and:

  1. Block Access to your accounts
    Block all e-channels (mobile banking, internet banking, SMS banking, etc.) immediately by calling our hotline:
  2. Block your cards using the ADIB Mobile Banking App:
    • Go to the ‘Cards’ section
    • Select the relevant card
    • Tap ‘Manage Card’
    • Choose ‘Block Card’
      If you can’t access the app, call our hotline without delay.
  3. Freeze/Unfreeze your cards
    You can quickly freeze your cards anytime through the mobile banking app. You have the option to unfreeze your card when you have confirmed there is no fraudulent activity.
