Campaign Period: 17 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 (Both dates inclusive)

Qualification Criteria:

1. The minimum transaction amount that may be converted into EIP under the offer is AED 500.
2. All retail ADIB Covered cards (excluding NOMU, Fast Card, Football Card, Business Cards, ISIC) are eligible for the offer.
3. Transactions done using an eligible ADIB Covered Card on school/university fee merchant category as defined by VISA during the Campaign Period will be eligible for this promotion.
4. The customer needs to call the ADIB contact center to convert the transaction into EIP or book through ADIB Mobile Banking App, during the Campaign period.
5. The customer can convert the transaction paid using the Covered Card into an EIP for 3/6/12 months with NO processing fees. On conversion, the customer will be entitled to 100% waiver of the Murabaha Monthly Instalment (Profit) in a proportional manner to the amount of the transaction that will be converted into EIP for the tenor of the EIP.
6. Transaction should be converted into EIP within 30 days from the date of the transaction.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Covered Card for any reason whatsoever.
2. Delinquent or blocked Covered Card customers during the campaign period will not be eligible for this Campaign.
3. Any disputes in regards with the promotion should be raised within 2 months from the campaign end date.
4. The cost of Campaign will be paid from ADIB Shareholders’ funds at the sole discretion of ADIB.
5. By participating in this offer, the customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions which prohibits using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any products/services that is not compliant with Shari'a as determined by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
6. ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditure.
