General Assembly Meeting – 29 March 2020

The General Assembly Meeting of the shareholders was conducted on 29 March 2020, wherein the following matters were discussed and approved:

1. The Board of Directors’ Report on the Bank’s activities and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019;
2. The External Auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2019;
3. The Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee Report on the Bank’s activities for the year ended 31 December 2019;
4. The audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account for the year ended 31 December 2019;
5. The proposal of the Board of directors to distribute cash dividends of 27.38 fills per share to the shareholders from the year 2019 profits;
6. The proposal of Board members remuneration for the year ended 31 December 2019;
7. To discharge the Board of Directors from liability for their work during the year ended 31 December 2019;
8. To discharge the External Auditors from liability for their work during the year ended 31 December 2019;
9. Appointment of the member of the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee for one fiscal year; and.
10. Appointment of External Auditors for the year 2020 and determination of their fees.

The General Assembly Meeting of the shareholders was conducted on 13 March 2019, wherein the following matters were discussed and approved:

1. The Board of Directors’ Report on the Bank’s activities and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018;
2. The External Auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2018;
3. The Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee Report on the Bank’s activities for the year ended 31 December 2018;
