EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS

Customers can earn Exceed Reward points each time they spend using their Cards and redeem their points instantly using ADIB Mobile App to make utility payments, for retail or online shopping vouchers, flight purchases and much more. The below table shows the Exceed Rewards earned for every AED 100 (or equivalent) spend.

*For ADIB Booking.com Visa Signature Card, 2.5 ADIB Exceed Rewards will be earned on every AED 100 spends made for Airline purchases (maximum cap per transaction is 50 Exceed Rewards and maximum cap in each statement cycle is 150 Exceed Rewards).

For Cards issued before 23/12/2023 earning for EEA is 0.250 for every AED 100 spends.

**For ADIB Booking.com Visa Infinite Card, 3.5 ADIB Exceed Rewards will be earned on every 100 spends made for Airline purchases (maximum cap per transaction is 50 Exceed Rewards and maximum cap in each statement cycle is 150 Exceed Rewards.

*** For ADIB Edge and Diamond Visa Infinite Card, 5 ADIB Exceed Rewards will be earned on every 100 spends made for local dining purchases (maximum cap per transaction is 50 Exceed Rewards per transaction and maximum cap in each statement cycle is 150 Exceed Rewards.

**** For ADIB Spice Card,

• For dining spends earn rate will be 4.5 Exceed Rewards for every 100 (maximum cap in each statement cycle is 100 Exceed Rewards).
• For supermarket / grocery spends earn rate will be 3.5 Exceed Rewards for every 100 (maximum cap in each statement cycle is 25 Exceed Rewards).
• For Utility spends earn rate will be 0.5 Exceed Rewards for every 100 (maximum cap in each statement cycle is 25 Exceed Rewards).
• For fuel spends earn rate will be 2 Exceed Rewards for every 100 (maximum cap in each statement cycle is 25 Exceed Rewards).
• For all above categories (dining/ utility/ fuel/ supermarket/ grocery) spends made in EEA regions will earn only 0.25 Exceed Points for every AED 100.
• Minimum overall retail spends of AED 5,000 is required in the same statement cycle to be eligible for Exceed Rewards on all the above mentioned categories (dining/ utility/ fuel/ supermarket/ grocery)

(1) International Spends mean purchases made in any foreign currency (non-AED) excluding spends in EEA.

(2) Specific Merchants means any shop or any outlet or any market registered with VISA under categories like Supermarkets, Government 6 Services (e.g., Fines, Taxes, Bonds), Utilities, Education, Service/Petrol Stations, Real Estate Agents, Public Transport (e.g. Taxis, Metro, Buses), Road Tolls/Salik, Charities/Religious Organizations.

(3) European Economic Area (EEA) means countries which are part of the European Economic Area. Classification of merchants based in the EEA will be as per prevailing Visa/Mastercard guidelines.

(4)Exceed Rewards can be earned in each statement cycle for transactions up to the approved covered card limit.

Customers can earn Exceed Rewards every time they apply for a Home Finance with ADIB. The below table shows the rewards earned based on the Home Finance amount applied for.

Exceed Rewards will be credited to customers only upon successful disbursal of the Home Finance.

Customers can earn Exceed Rewards every time they apply for a Personal Finance using ADIB Mobile app only. The below table shows the Exceed Rewards earned based on the amount of Personal Finance applied for.

Exceed Rewards will be credited to customers only upon successful disbursal of the Personal Finance amount.

Customers can earn Exceed Rewards every time they send money internationally using ADIB Mobile App and ADIB Online Banking only. The below table shows the Exceed Rewards earned based on the remitted amount.

Customers can earn additional Exceed Rewards for 3 or more remittance transactions in a calendar month.

Exceed Rewards will be credited to customers only upon successful disbursal of Al Yusr finance amount.
